Aitoearn ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Aitoearn Shopify application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our application.

2. Information We Access

When you install and use the Aitoearn app, we access the following data through the Shopify API:

• Product information: Product titles, images, variant details, and pricing. This data is used solely to enable you to create marketing tasks within the app.
• Shop information: Your shop domain, used to authenticate your session and associate your data with your store.

3. Information We Store

We store the following data:

• Session data: Authentication tokens required for the app to function within Shopify.
• Task data: Marketing tasks you create, including task titles, descriptions, commission rates, and references to selected products.

We do not store customer personal information, customer order data, or any customer-facing data.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate and maintain your session within the app
• Display your products for task creation
• Store and manage your marketing tasks

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties. Your data remains within our application infrastructure.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

When you uninstall the Aitoearn app, all data associated with your shop is automatically and permanently deleted, including:

• All session data
• All marketing tasks and associated product references

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including secure authentication through Shopify's OAuth protocol and encrypted data transmission.

8. GDPR Compliance

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As our app does not collect customer personal data, our GDPR obligations are limited. We respond to all mandatory Shopify GDPR webhooks:

• Customer data requests
• Customer data erasure requests
• Shop data erasure requests

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Part II: Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Aitoearn application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please uninstall the App immediately.

2. Description of Service

Aitoearn is a KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) marketing management platform for Shopify merchants. The App provides the following features:

• Creating and managing marketing tasks linked to your products
• Generating discount codes for KOC collaborations
• Creating draft orders for product sampling
• Tracking commissions on orders placed using KOC discount codes
• Inventory checking before sending product samples

3. Account and Access

You must have an active Shopify store to use this App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur through the App under your account.

4. Shopify API Permissions

The App requires the following Shopify API permissions to function:

• Read products: To display your products for task creation
• Write discounts: To create and manage discount codes for KOC collaborations
• Write draft orders: To create sample orders for KOC partners
• Read orders: To track commissions on completed orders
• Read inventory: To verify product availability before sending samples

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Ensure that your use of discount codes and sample orders complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services

6. Fees and Commission

The following fee structure applies when using the Aitoearn platform:

• Platform Service Fee: A 3% service fee is charged to the merchant on each order generated through creator promotions. This fee is in addition to the commission rate set by the merchant for creators.
• Top Creator Benefit: Creators with 10,000 or more followers will automatically receive a 100% discount code, allowing them to obtain the product at no cost. The full product cost for such orders is borne by the merchant.
• Full Refund Policy: Merchants may create "Full Refund" type tasks. Under this mode, creators purchase the product at full price first. If the creator generates 3 sales orders through promotion within 30 days, the merchant shall issue a full refund of the creator's purchase amount (refund only, no return of goods). Refunds are processed by the merchant. By creating a "Full Refund" task, the merchant agrees to honor this refund commitment.
• Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify the fee structure. Any changes will be communicated to merchants in advance through the App or via email.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Aitoearn and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aitoearn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Data Handling

Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy above. When you uninstall the App, all associated data is permanently deleted.

11. Termination

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aitoearn operates.
